All content published on VIRTUS Protocol social media accounts — including X (Twitter), Discord, Telegram, and any other platform — is provided solely for informational purposes.
Nothing published on any VIRTUS Protocol social media account constitutes an offer to buy or sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy or sell, any securities, financial instruments, or other regulated assets, or an invitation to participate in any advisory service or trading strategy. Nothing in any social media post constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice.
All decisions based on information published on VIRTUS Protocol social media accounts are the sole responsibility of the reader. The Operator makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of any information published. The Operator expressly disclaims all liability arising from or relating to the use of any such information.

Any account, channel, group, or website not listed above is unauthorized and should be treated as potentially fraudulent.
Scam and Impersonation Warning
The Operator will NEVER:
- Contact users first via direct message on any platform
- Ask for private keys, seed phrases, wallet passwords, or any wallet security information
- Offer airdrops, giveaways, token grants, or investment opportunities via direct message
- Request users to connect their wallet through a link sent in a private message
- Ask users to send tokens to any address as part of a "verification" or "claim" process
Fraudulent accounts impersonating VIRTUS Protocol are common. Scammers may use names, logos, and usernames that closely resemble official accounts. Always verify the exact account handle and URL before interacting.
If you encounter a suspicious account, website, or message impersonating VIRTUS Protocol:
- Do not interact with it
- Do not connect your wallet
- Do not sign any transaction
- Report it to the Operator at VIRTUSplatform@proton.me
